RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Warrior Threads Project, we believe in providing excellent customer service to those supporting our mission. We accept items for free exchange and returns for store credit within 30 days of delivery - simply submit an email to support@warriorthreadsproject.com to request a return label, and one will be emailed to you. Refund requests will be processed back to your original payment method and are charged a flat rate of $7.95 for return shipping, which will be deducted from your total refund. Once the original order is received and inspected by our team, exchanges and refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.

*During the holiday period (November 1st through New Year’s Day), the return policy is extended to January 15th.

*Purchases made on or after December 5th may not arrive before Christmas.

Returns will be accepted ONLY if the item is in its original, new condition. Items not eligible for exchange/return or refund include:

  • Custom/personalized products

  • Products marked “Final Sale”

  • Products that have been worn, stained, or washed

  • Products that smell of fragrances

  • Products with deodorant or make-up marks

  • Products with animal hair

  • Products that have been otherwise used

When returning items, please use its original packing to ensure the life of the product while in transit. For returned items that fail to meet our return policy, we reserve the right to reject your exchange/return or refund request. In these cases, the original item will be returned to you and with no credit being issued.

If you receive a defective or incorrectly barcoded product, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery.
